|At Gunderson's our goal is to provide outstanding service to our customers. We stand behind every item we sell. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it.
All returns are inspected upon receipt for signs of wear. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for merchandise that is not in pristine condition.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment; we will either issue you a check or a credit will appear on your credit card bill.
TO MAKE A RETURN
New undamaged merchandise purchased from Gunderson's that has not been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange, providing the following conditions are met:
Merchandise must be returned (or exchanged) within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging
Merchandise must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, appraisal and diamond certificate.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
All returned merchandise must show a Return For Inspection Number (RFI) clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Ship merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit. We recommend that you ship via an established and trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express
